In MemoriamRikRik Dhoest

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our retired colleague, Rik Dhoest, aged 64.

Rik served as the esteemed Chief of the Belgian Highway Police of West Flanders and was a former member of the Operational Working Group of ROADPOL's precursor network - the TISPOL.

Rik's dedication to his work, his unwavering commitment to public safety, and his leadership within the law enforcement community will be deeply missed. He leaves behind a legacy of professionalism and integrity that will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

The funeral service to honor Rik's life will be held at the Bruges Crematorium on Saturday, February 24th, at 11:00 AM.

At these hardest of times our thoughts and prayers go to Rik's family, friends, and colleagues.
