Dear road safety enthusiasts,

Next month our regular ROADPOL Council meeting will be held in the United Arab Emirates warmly hosted by our colleagues of Dubai Police. Read on to find out more about it.

Further on you can take a look at what challenges ROADPOL member Turkish Road Police is currently facing against the backdrop of the devastating earthquakes which hit the country.

We have also included some fresh road safety statistics – some concerning data from France, but also some very optimistic observations from Belgium.

France is also present with a notorious fatal road crash caused by a national comedian star due to drugged driving.

Last not least find out about the latest feats of the Italian State Police Lamborghini patrol roadster.
